Producenci popularnego programu "Air Crash Investigation" biorą się za nakręcenie filmu o zamachu smoleńskim, kwestia w tym, że wg interpretacji MAK.
Jeśli nie będziemy reagowali, kłamstwo smoleńskie o "pancernej brzozie" i pijanych pilotach pójdzie w świat i na dziesiątki lat utrwali się.

It has come to my attention that your company is planning to produce a documentary on the crash of the Polish TU-154M aircraft which resulted in 96 casualties, including the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Lech Kaczyński, his wife Maria and many prominent members of Poland's political, military and cultural circles.
Unfortunately, it is far too early to provide any details concerning the actual cause of the crash. In the past two years, the report from the investigation into the crash, published by the Interstate Aviation Committee (MAK), a supra-national institution based in Russia, was thoroughly discredited. Many of the statements accredited to the members of Polish crew were proved to never have been said. The widely published presence in the cockpit of the Polish Airforce Commander, Gen. Błasik, who allegedly forced the pilots to land the plane despite harsh weather conditions, was proved beyond any doubt never to have happened by a Polish forensic institute which analysed the FR recordings. Neither did the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Lech Kaczyński, issue any orders forcing the pilots to take the decision to land.
On the other hand, post-mortems recently performed on some of the crash victims (Mr. Z. Wassermann, Mr. P. Gosiewski, Mr. J. Kurtyka) revealed numerous discrediting errors made by Russian forensic experts, who simply failed to perform professional autopsies. It has taken the families of victims two years to override the Russian ban on opening the coffins and to have the bodies of their relatives re-examined, only to find that they were buried without proper respect, still in plastic body bags, with other people's internal organs or foreign bodies (or simply speaking - garbage) sewn into their bodies. The causes of the crash are still being investigated by a special Parliamentary Group of the Polish Parliament, the Sejm, chaired by Mr. Antoni Macierewicz which collected exhaustive and credible evidence material. You may find this evidence highly interesting as background for your documentary.
The evidence collected by the Parliamentary Group includes expert opinions, provided by two renowned American experts, i.e. Mr. W. Binienda, Dean of the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Akron and Mr. K. Nowaczyk, PhD, Assistant Professor, Center for Fluorescence Spectroscopy, University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. The results of their investigation into the crash clearly indicated that the loss of wing by the TU-154-101 aircraft could not have had anything to do with the birch tree, indicated in the report produced by the Russian MAK Committee, and that it was closely associated with two powerful jolts, registered by instruments installed aboard the aircraft. The recordings referred to above have been given widespread public attention here in Poland.
After the publication of both official reports (by the Polish and Russian committees investingating the crash), the Polish State Prosecution Office concluded that the aircraft black boxes did not record whether the automatic missed approach/go around button (referred to as "ukhod" by Russians) was operational. Since the Russian side prohibited their Polish counterparts from performing a laboratory examination (examination, and not tests) of aircraft installations and produced no such test results nor even test plans, as of today one cannot exclude the possibility of failures of such pieces of equipment being caused by breakdown or by human action.
Due to the international dispute still pending in the aftermath of this tragedy, please kindly refrain from producing any injudicious media reports, inclusive of a documentary based on the materials published by MAK. As the findings referred to above indicate, the investigation into the tragedy may hardly be considered to have been closed. Hence, please kindly refrain from making your documentary until all the information on the true causes of the crash is made available, otherwise your documentary will be reduced to a piece of Russian-inspired propaganda, instead of a true journalistic report into our national tragedy.
